ONLINE RETURN POLICY
We are happy to accept returns if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Items can be returned for a store credit, exchange, or refund. See details below.
- ltems must be in their original, unworn condition
- Resized items, custom projects, special orders, items purchased at trunk shows, candles + fragrances are final sale
- All international orders are final sale
- All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
- Sale items (items that have been marked down) are final sale
- Purchases paid in full by Loyalty are final sale
- Exchanged items, or items purchased with store credit, are final sale
- Exchanges on orders may result in additional taxes or a balance due
Beginning November 29, 2024 our EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY is in effect. Returns and Exchanges must be initiated by January 8, 2025

IN-STORE RETURN POLICY
All purchases made through the brick-and-mortar shops can be returned for exchange or store credit only. We do not offer refunds for items purchased in store.

Beginning NOVEMBER 29, 2024 our In-Store EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY is in effect. All items must be exchanged or returned for store credit by JANUARY 8, 2025. Please speak with a sales associate for details.
