We have been muted on all marketing this past week to allow space for the voices of this movement to be heard loud and clear.
Now that we’re back, we want you to know that it’s not back to business as usual – it never can be again.
What we've witnessed in the past week for BLM has been profound and will be a moment forever remembered in history. ESQUELETO is committed to continuing change for the BLM movement and will continue to support and promote BIPOC in our designer list, within our workplace, and beyond. We will begin this support by donating a portion of June's sales to the important organizations listed below. And we are waiting and listening for other ways that we, as a small business and community, can make a real difference. It is time for real change.
We will be donating 15% of all sales for the month of June, split between the Center For Black Equity, an organization fighting for equality of the Black LGBTQ+ community and which founded the Black Pride movement, and the ACLU, which has been at the center of nearly every major civil liberties battle in the U.S. for over 100 years.
We are always trying to learn more and invite you to give us feedback on other ways we can support this movement and our community.
