Online Return Policy

We are happy to accept returns if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Items can be returned for a store credit, an exchange, or for a full refund. All items must be returned unworn and in their original condition. Please note that all resized items and special orders are final sale and can not be exchanged or returned for a refund. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non refundable as well. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund even on UPS Ground shipments within the USA that we originally paid for on your order.

If you would like to request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will issue you a return authorization number. Once your RA number has been approved we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label to ship your item back to ESQUELETO. Once we have received your returned item and can ensure that the item has been unworn and in its original condition, we will issue you a full refund, excluding the original shipping and handling fees. 

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or refunds on International shipments.  All orders outside of the USA are final sale.

In-Store Return Policy

Our in-store return policy differs from our online return policy.

We do not offer refunds for items purchased at our store locations. If you would like to return goods purchased through one of our physical stores, you may do so for exchange or store credit only. This exchange must be done within 7 days from the date of purchase. Please contact one of our retail locations to process the return in either our Oakland location: 510 629 6216, or our Los Angeles location: 213 947 3508. We are happy to assist with exchanges or returns, as well as shipping the item back to us.
