October 10, 2017
by Alexis Adams
I’m always jealous of October babies, because I think they’ve got the best birthstone. I’ve long loved opals for their confetti-like party of colors, their way of shifting and changing with the light, and their overall ethereal beauty. Dainty, delicate little opal studs by Scosha and WWake are some of my personal favorites for upper lobe piercings. Please join us in the Oakland shop on Saturday, October 14th for a piercing party with master piercer J. Colby Smith – link to book below! August 7, 2017
by Jessie Zechnowitz
On July 29th ESQUELETO hosted a dreamy summer supper in the Temescal Alleys’ newly constructed campo. The evening was a ladies-only event and a chance for Bay Area tastemakers and cultural voices to come together in celebration of local businesses! Tucked away at the back of the alleys, the campo is a sunny square paved with gravel and stone that we transformed into a total urban oasis. Crimson Horticultural Rarities lent their beguiling sense of style, constructing breathtaking tablescapes bedecked with locally grown summer flowers, as well as a romantic floral swag to adorn the campo fence line. Introducing Jennie Kwon

July 11, 2017
by Alexis Adams
We are thrilled to welcome our newest artist to ESQUELETO, Jennie Kwon! Jennie is a native Angeleno, and her effortlessly graceful designs are influenced by all the natural beauty and artistic culture that Southern California has to offer. We love how Jennie came by her career as a jewelry designer. After being raised from early childhood as an artist (she was an accomplished classical violinist) Jennie left her artistic roots behind to become an attorney. However, the birth of her twin daughter and son brought about that creative spark once again. Jennie was so inspired by their perfectly innocent beauty, and soon after launched her namesake jewelry line. Emerald Cut Diamond... Read More
